Question 1

What type of survey do I need for my property?

Accepted Answer

The type of survey you need depends on your property and concerns. A RICS Level 2 survey (Homebuyer Report) is ideal for standard properties in good condition, while a RICS Level 3 survey (Building Survey) is better for older, larger, or more complex homes, or if you plan to renovate. Our team can help guide you to the right choice.

Question 2
